INGREDIENTS
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 100g butter
- Lemon zest
- Oregano and rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 1 leg of lamb

EXECUTION
Put the garlic, butter, zest, oregano, rosemary and mustard in the mixer. Apply the mixture over the meat. Put the potatoes and carrots with the meat and wrap them in baking paper. Bake the lamb in the oven for three hours at a low temperature of 160. When it is ready, open the baking paper and put the feta. Enjoy !!
